Job Summary:
The Education and Employment Program Supervisor is a key leadership position within our growing organization. As the organization expands its services and reaches more youth in need, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee and develop our education and employment programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to create and implement effective processes and procedures, and a commitment to supporting youth in achieving stability and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Program Development: Lead the development and enhancement of education and employment programs to meet the evolving needs of youth experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.
2. Team Management: Provide guidance and supervision to a team of program coordinators and support staff, ensuring effective service delivery and professional development.
3. Process and Procedure Development: Develop and implement standardized processes, procedures, and best practices to streamline program operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency.
4. Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, community partners, educational institutions, and employers to create opportunities and resources for program participants.
5. Outcome Monitoring: Establish and track program metrics and outcomes, regularly evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs for staff, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to support program participants effectively.
7. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as needed.
8. Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage program budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for resource allocation.
9. Program Management: 
Develops and implements marketing strategies to generate opportunities for employers and recruitment of job seekers to the program

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an education or employment support setting.
- Demonstrated experience in program development, including the design and implementation of new initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of best practices in education and employment support for at-risk youth or other Vulnerable populations.

- The Ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Process and Procedure Development: Skilled in creating robust processes and procedures that streamline program operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency. Capable of designing clear guidelines and protocols to guide the work of the team and ensure smooth program implementation.

- Effective Communication and Team Management: Demonstrates strong communication skills to effectively hire, onboard, and manage a new team. Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, providing clear direction and expectations while promoting open dialogue and active participation from team members.

- Outcome-Oriented Planning: Proficient in developing comprehensive action plans that align with program goals and produce desired outcomes. Capable of setting measurable targets, tracking progress, and making data-driven adjustments to ensure program effectiveness and success. Skilled in utilizing evaluation tools and methodologies to assess program impact and make informed decisions.
